OPPO Watch's Location is Not Working Properly

 

Situation: You want to know what to do if your OPPO Watch's location is inaccurate or not working.

Applicable to: OPPO Watch.

 

The GPS signal might be blocked by tall buildings, or the ephemeris data is not up to date. * An ephemeris data is used by the GPS receivers to estimate location relative to the satellites and thus position on earth

Please try to exercise in parks, playgrounds, or other open spaces to get a stronger signal.

We recommend connecting your watch to the phone at least once a week in order to get updated ephemeris data.

GPS aide can improve the GPS connection speed and the accuracy of your exercise route while running. You can go to [Settings] > [Connectivity] > [Location] to open GPS Aide.
