Q1. Which shipping partner will deliver my order?
Most of our items are shipped via Blue Dart, with a small portion handled by Delhivery. To ensure the fastest delivery, our system automatically assigns the best carrier for your location; we do not support manual carrier selection at this time.
Q2. When will my order be dispatched?
For regular orders, we typically dispatch items within 48 hours of order placement. For promotional or special items, the dispatch time may vary based on specific event schedules—please refer to the details provided on the individual product page.
Q3. What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on all orders with a total value above ₹549. For orders totaling ₹549 or less, a standard shipping fee of ₹49 will be applied, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Q4. Why is there no tracking information even though my order is "Dispatched"?
"Dispatched" means your package has successfully left our warehouse and is on its way. It can take up to 24 hours for the carrier’s system to sync and show the first tracking update. If you still see no tracking information after 24 hours, please contact our customer service with your order number, and we will be happy to assist you.
