5. Exercise
5.1 Why does it take so long to get my location?
The GPS signal might be blocked by tall buildings, or it may be because there is a connection problem between the OPPO band and the phone. Please make sure that the OPPO Band is connected to your phone before starting to exercise. We also recommend you to exercise in parks, playgrounds or other open spaces to get a stronger GPS signal.
5.2 Why I have successfully positioned before running outdoors, but the recorded track information is incomplete after running?
This situation may occur when the GPS was disconnected during the exercise and the disconnection exceeded 1 minute, which caused the band to use a pedometer and accelerometer to calculate the number of running steps, pace, and distance, and the track record was missing. It is recommended to exercise in parks, playgrounds or other open spaces
In addition, please make sure that the background setting of your HeyTap Health App is Always Allowed. You can go to the Manage tab of the HeyTap Health App on your phone, open the settings in the upper right corner, find the App Protection Settings, select your phone model, and set up according to the page prompts.

It may be that the sensor cannot detect the data because the band is too loose. In some cases, the connection of the sensor or mobile phone may be abnormal, please try to reconnect the mobile phone or restart the band.
5.5 Why is my consumption data calculation inaccurate after exercise?
Exercise calories are calculated based on personal basic information, as well as the distance and duration of the exercise. The more precise the personal information is filled in the phone settings, the more accurate the calculation will be.
5.6 The concept of fat reduction running
The fat-reducing running is specially designed to help users achieve the goal of reducing fat through running.
During the fat-reduction running, the band will provide real-time guidance, and the fat-reduction efficiency will be evaluated after running.
5.7 How is the fat reduction heart rate zone calculated?
60%~70% of the maximum heart rate (220-age) is the fat-reducing heart rate range, and the fat-reducing effect is at the best when running for more than 30 minutes.
5.8 In order to achieve the goal of reducing fat, do I have to maintain the heart rate zone for reducing fat when running?
The proportion of fat consumption during running is the largest when the heart rate is in the fat reducing zone. If the exercise intensity continues to increase and exceeds the fat loss heart rate zone, the proportion of fat consumed will decrease. Therefore, in order to achieve the best fat loss effect, it is recommended to your heart rate in the fat loss heart rate zone when running.
6. Health
6.1 Sleep
6.1.1 How is sleep measured? Do I need to turn it on manually?
Please wear a wristband before going to bed. The wristband will automatically record the time you fall asleep, wake up and sleep state without manual opening.
6.1.2 Can the OPPO Band detect my sleep activity throughout the day?
The OPPO Band supports all-day sleep detection, which is segmented based on the 2-hour awake basis.

Prerequisite: The OPPO Band has recorded the sleep activity after you wearing the band and enter the awake stage from a period of sleep.
Scenario 1ļ¼The band detects the awake time inbetween is [less than 2 hours] before re-enter the sleeping state.
Result: The two periods of sleep will be combined into one sleep report. The sleep duration includes two periods of sleep, and the awake state in between is counted as the awake duration in the sleep report. The sleep application on the band displays this sleep report, and the HeyTap Health App displays the all-day sleep report, and the awake state in the middle is indicated by a yellow section.
Scenario 2: The band detects the awake time inbetween is [greater than 2 hours] before re-enter the sleeping state.
Result: Two sleep reports will be generated for the two sleeping periods, and this awake period will not be recorded. The sleep application on the OPPO Band will display the latest sleep report (second sleep period), and the HeyTap Health App will display the whole day sleep report. The awake state between the first sleep and the second sleep is shown as an empty segment.
6.1.4 Why didn't the Sleep app send me a sleep report notification after I get up at 6 am?
The sleep report will only be pushed if the OPPO Band detects that you have been awake for half an hour after 7 am local standard time. If you wake up before 7 am, please go to the sleep app to check your sleep report.
6.1.5 Why donāt I get the sleep notifications every time?
If you enter the sleep app to view the sleep report within half an hour after waking up, in order to avoid disturbtion, the notification will not be pushed again.
6.1.6 I woke up in the middle of the night for two and a half hours, and then fell asleep again. Why is there no statistics on the time I was awake?
When the awake time in the middle of the night is greater than 2 hours, the awake period will not be displayed on the chart, and the awake time is not counted towards the report. This period of the time will be displayed as an empty section on the chart.

6.1.9
Why does my sleep blood oxygen curve seem to have many breakpoints and low values even though I had a good night sleep?
The sleep blood oxygen monitoring requires you to wear the OPPO Band tightly before going to bed. Otherwise, due to uncontrollable activities during sleep, the band may shift due to squeezing or friction, which will affect the monitor.
6.1.10 How did the sleep breathing analysis come about?
The sleep breathing analysis is based on the changes in blood oxygen saturation during your sleep. It can reflect the quality of your breathing during sleep.
6.1.11 Why can't I see the respiratory risk assessment
Please note that the respiratory risk assessment will only be displayed when you turn on the real-time monitoring function of sleep oximetry and when reliable data is measured.
6.1.12 Why is there a dotted line in the sleep blood oxygen curve
If you turn over or squeeze your hands during sleep, the blood oxygen saturation monitoring will be affected. Therefore, the connection during this period will use a dotted line to indicate interference.
6.2 Heart rate
6.2.1 The OPPO Band is measuring my heart rate, why does it ask me to re-measure?
Please check according to the following requirements:
Please fasten the band strap to avoid bone protrusions, and make sure that the back of the band is close to your wrist;
Keep the wrist still during measurement;
Darker skin will absorb more lights, resulting in less lights received by the sensor, which will affect the signal quality. Therefore, signals might be affected by skin color.
6.2.2 Is there a begin/end time for real-time heart rate mesuaring?
When entering the heart rate app of the band, the measurement will start automatically. If the default measurement lasts for 30 seconds and the screen is off, the measurement will stop. If the system screen-off time is longer than 30 seconds, the heart rate measurement time will be extended.
6.2.3 Will my band tell me if my heart rate is abnormally low or high?
A normal heart rate falls between 40 bpm (usually when resting) and 220 bpm (usually when exercising). If your heart rate falls outside this range, you will receive an alert.
6.2.4 I am wearing the OPPO Band the whole morning but my resting heart rate never shows? When will it be available? What does this number represent?
Resting heart rate is based on the heart rate detected by the heart rate algorithm when you are awake and sendatary, which will be measured at about 11 am every day.If you haven't been sendatary for a while or haven't worn your band in the morning, you won't be able to get your resting heart rate.Resting heart rate represents the degree of heart rate health to some extent. People who exercise regularly have lower resting heart rate.
6.2.5 Why is the maximum heart rate value displayed in the heart rate app different from the maximum value measured when I measured it in real time?
The maximum heart rate displayed in the APP is the real-time measured heart rate value calculated by certain rules, which represents your daily maximum value.
6.2.6 There is a higher heart rate when measured in real time. Why is it not shown on the 24-hour heart rate chart?
The real-time measurement is the data per second, and the 24-hour heart rate chart is the heart rate value continuously measured throughout the day, which is drawn by regular calculation of pumping points, so there will be some differences.
6.2.7 Where can I see my heart rate history?
In the Health page of the HeyTap Health App, click the heart rate card to view the historical heart rate data.
6.2.8 The green light behind the band is flashing all the time. Does it consume a lot of power? How can we turn it off?

The number of minutes when the heart rate is higher than the fat-burning rate zone (60% of the maximum heart rate) during cycling and other exercises;
The length of the stroke during swimming;
This time will be added up over the course of your workout.
6.3.3 How are my activity sessions calculated?
During a single day, if you have moved a certain distance within a 1-hour period, the band will record 1 session.ć
6.3.4 Why am I seeing different step counts in Daily activity and on the Home tab of the HeyTap Health app?
The number of steps in Daily Activity extracted is the number of steps of the band sensor, while the number of steps counted on the homepage of HeyTap Health App is the number of steps of the mobile phone sensor and the band sensor that are intelligently integrated. At the same time, if you have multiple devices or smart wearables under your HeyTap account, the number of steps measured by Health may also be inconsistent with the number of steps recorded by Daily Activity.
