For ColorOS 12 and above:
Go to [Settings] > [Connection & sharing] > [Personal Hotspot] > [Hotspot Settings] > [AP Band] > Choose [2.4 GHz/5.0GHz].

Go to [Settings] > [Other Wireless Connections] > [Personal Hotspot] > [Personal Hotspot Settings] > [AP Band] > Choose [2.4 GHz/5.0GHz].
