OPPO Care Product Sales and Service Fulfillment Policy
1. OPPO Care Product Sales Channel and Sales Policy:
1.1 Sales Channel
OPPO Care Product is currently available at OPPO Service Center, OPPO Brand Store, and some OPPO Authorized Store.
1.2 Sales Policy
1.2.1 Screen Protection Plan: This purchase must be done within 7 days after the manufacturer E-warranty is activated on new device.
1.2.2 Extended Warranty: This purchase must be done within 180 days after the manufacturer E-warranty is activated on new device.
1.2.3 OPPO Care (A): This purchase must be done within 7 days after the manufacturer E-warranty is activated on new device.
1.2.4 If the new device is not activated, the purchase can be done without time limitation.
*Keynote: OPPO Store staff must check and confirm the device is complete before customer purchasing OPPO Care Product.
2. OPPO Care Product Service Fulfillment
Customer can fill a claim to use OPPO Care Product service to repair the cellphone.
OPPO Care Product is still in validity period;
Technician detects the cellphone condition which must meet the service policy;
Customer must use the service in the region where he purchase it.
