Is it mandatory to give consent to Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions for availing any products in Finshell Pay?

1. In order to access and/ or use the mobile application or to apply for and avail the services and products available on it, we and our partners will require you to agree to the respective terms and conditions and privacy policy. 

2. However, you may either not provide your consent or, at any time, can withdraw your consent, unless you have agreed otherwise with the service/ product provider. Provided that such withdrawal of consent shall be in writing and communicated in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Provided further that in either scenario the service/ product provider shall have the option to refuse to provide you any service/ product.
