OPPO Care Product Return and Transfer Policy

1. OPPO Care Product Return Policy

1.1 It’s not allowable to return OPPO Care Product separately.

1.2 It’s not allowable to return OPPO Care Product when the cellphone is unconditionally returned.

1.3 It’s entitled to return OPPO Care Product when the defective cellphone is returned at a definable period. 

1.4 OPPO Care Product Return Period: It can be returned within 30 days after purchase.

1.5 Customer must return OPPO Care Product at the store where he purchase it.

 

2. OPPO Care Product Transfer Policy

2.1 It’s not allowable to transfer OPPO Care Product from one device to another one when the device is not exchanged with same kind device for any defective problems.

2.2 Only when the defective device is replaced by a new same device, the OPPO Care product will be transferred to the new device within transfer period. With Screen Protection Plan, the effective date of the Plan remains the same as the old device. With Extended Warranty, the effective date is the day after the new device standard warranty last day.

2.3 OPPO Care Product cannot be transferred when the defective device is replaced with a new different kind device. Customer must return the OPPO Care Product first, then purchase a new one to cover the new device.

2.4 Customer can change defective device and transfer OPPO Care Product in OPPO service center.
