Notice for the video is automatically paused caused by the third-party app

Background

Recently we receive feedback that using pre-installed video app, or using third-party app like YouTube, Mxplayer to play online or local video, the video will be auto paused with probability.

Solution

Cause:
The third-party app has occupied the audio focus, which caused the video to be paused automatically.
Solution:
1. Since there is a huge amount of various apps, which is hard to confirm one by one. Based on the marketing feedback, the following apps have relatively high amount of user: Ace Cleaner 、GO Music、GO Security、Z Camera、Darkness、Luxurious.
2. Check if user’s phone has installed the above applications, check from the desktop or the following path.

Android 5.1：Settings—Additional Settings--App management—Installed—Check if the application is installed
Android 6.0：Settings—App management—Installed—Check if the application is installed
3. If the above applications are installed, try to uninstalled it and check if the video playing fine.
