Important notice of the permission restrictions caused by Google Family Link

Recently, we received some feedback that some applications like YouTube, Twitter cannot be installed or downloaded. That’s because the user’s Google account is linked to the Google Family Link application as a child account.

How to check whether the user's Google account is linked as a child account:
a. Check if the Google family link application is installed, this application cannot be uninstalled after being linked
b. After being linked, the handset cannot be restored to factory settings

4. Solution
If you get feedback from the customer that some applications cannot be downloaded or installed on the phone, please confirm whether the user's Google account is linked to Google family as a child account. If yes, please explain that it is not a quality issue, you can contact the associated account to unbind.
