Background

Recently we get feedback that A57 appears no service, and when *#06# is entered to check the IMEI, it appears null.

Solution

There is data abnormality in NV partition and it is synchronized to the memory. As a result, when the device is started up, NV loading will be in error, which causes modern keep restarting, and the device appears No service, and No IMEI shown.
If userโ€™s device appears no service as well as IMEI appears null, flash the device with CPH1701EX_11_A.08_170310.tar.bz2 version to solve the issue. If issue is solved after device flash, return the device to user; if problem still exists, change the PCB for user.

A1: Please enter *#06# to check if the IMEI appear Null. If yes, please enter *#1234# to check the current version of your device, if the build number is earlier than 170216, please go to service center to upgrade your system.
