Background

Recently we get feedback that A57 appears no service, and when *#06# is entered to check the IMEI, it appears null.

Solution

There is data abnormality in NV partition and it is synchronized to the memory. As a result, when the device is started up, NV loading will be in error, which causes modern keep restarting, and the device appears No service, and No IMEI shown.
If user’s device appears no service as well as IMEI appears null, flash the device with CPH1701EX_11_A.08_170310.tar.bz2 version to solve the issue. If issue is solved after device flash, return the device to user; if problem still exists, change the PCB for user.
