Notice about No Message Tone When Notification Comes

Models equipped with system ColorOS 5.2 (F9 and models after F9)

Background

Recently there is feedback from users as following, no message tone when notification of message or third party application comes.

Solution

Cause:
Users enabled Block ban of smart sidebar, so the notification message tone becomes silent.
Solution:
Settings—Smart &Convenience—enable Smart Sidebar; swipe from the right of screen to get floating windows, and then disable Block ban.
