My OPPO Find X3 Pro Doesn’t Flash Charge
Your OPPO Find X3 Pro supports SuperVOOC 2.0/SuperVOOC/VOOC 3.0 flash charging. With a total of 4500 mAh battery capacity that can last you all day, its flash charging can do *1% to 45% in just 40 minutes under its suitable temperature. However, if ever your OPPO AFind X3 Pro's charging time is longer than usual, you might need to check out the following instructions below.

OPPO Find X3 Pro Doesn't Flash Charge
1. Check your OPPO Find X3 Pro's charging port and cables
Check the port and see if it's clogged, broken, or loose. If there's any debris coming from it, please remove it carefully.
If your charging port is damaged severely, please stop using it to avoid unexpected faults such as leakage or short circuits and send the phone for repair.
Try to check the connection on your phone's charging port, its adapter, and the cable. If anything's loose, try to reconnect the cords and plug-in firmly.
The battery of OPPO Find X3 Pro is not detachable. Try using another charger that is compatible with it and check if it works.
2. Restart and update
Before restarting your OPPO Find X3 Pro, unplug all the cables and then proceed with the restart.
To restart OPPO Find X3 Pro: Press and hold the [Power] button and the [Volume Up] button simultaneously for at least 8 seconds or until you see the OPPO logo.
Connect your OPPO Find X3 Pro to the internet to check if there's an update on the software through [Settings] > [Software update].
Note: *Charging tests are performed under a temperature of 25±1°C, relative humidity of 25%-75%, and an atmospheric pressure of 86 kPa to 106 kPa. The tested phone is charged with a standard power adapter while it has 1% of power left, with all the services and features, except the call service, turned off. The screen is off during charging.
