OPPO Find X3 Pro is a water-resistant phone that is given an IP68 rating. It is an IP code or an Ingress Protection Marking, which classifies the rate of its protection against intrusions. This IP Code is an IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) standard, which is why you can also see IP codes on products such as cameras, earphones, etc. This standard gives the consumer a way to understand the given product's degree of protection. The two digits after the IP code are the device's level of protection.
The first number after the IP code is its protection against solid materials, OPPO Find X3 Pro has a (6) meaning to say, it is dust-proof for everyday use.
While the second number is (8), meaning to say OPPO Find X3 Pro has protection against splashes of water from different directions and can withstand 1.5 m water for 30 minutes, you can even answer phone calls and shoot videos underwater. However, it is not waterproof so you cannot submerge it into the water fully or expose it to too much water more than it is intended to withstand.
