My OPPO A92 Won't Turn On or Has a Black or Frozen Screen

Force restart your OPPO A92
To force restart, press and hold the Power button and the Volume Up for at least eight (8) seconds until the OPPO logo appears.
Remove the phone case of your OPPO A92
Your phone case might not fit on your phone and maybe block all the sensors and cause a black screen.
Move your OPPO A92 to a colder place
Your phone can get quickly warm when the screen turned black or freezes. Steer away from direct sunlight to avoid overheating.
Charge your OPPO A92
Charge your phone first for up to 30 minutes, then try to restart it.
Enter Recovery Mode
To enter the recovery mode, press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons for at least eight (8) seconds until the phone enters Recovery mode.
Tap Reboot if the screen turns on, then reset the system settings.
Wipe Data
If you entered the recovery mode but are stuck on it after reboot, perform wipe data in recovery mode.
To wipe data, tap [Wipe data], then enter your lock screen password if it requires you to.
Tap [Wipe data (Keep SMS, contact, and Photos)], then tap [OK], then a notice will appear, and tap [OK] once done and reboot your phone.
Note: Wiping the data will permanently delete all your applications, excluding SMS, Contacts, and Photos.
Begin a Recovery Software Update with an SD card
Download the latest firmware of your device and perform a recovery software update with an SD Card. Then, you may try to reboot your phone again.
