Yes, OPPO Reno4 Pro supports Dual VoLTE. Now you can use 4G connectivity on both SIM cards, allowing you to switch between two 4G networks seamlessly.
How to Use VoLTE
Make sure that your carrier and region support VoLTE service.
The availability of the VoLTE function depends on a few factors:
Your location, your account with your carrier, and the model of your phone.
Some carriers support VoLTE only in certain cities or area codes. Contact your mobile network operator to ask about your area and account.
You can check the mobile network support website to see if your carrier supports VoLTE in OPPO smartphones.
Enable VoLTE function
Some carriers turn on this feature by default. So, you might not have to manually enable it from the settings. For SIM Cards which needs VoLTE to be enabled manually can go to [Settings] > [Mobile Networks] / [SIM card & mobile data] > Choose a SIM card > Activate [VoLTE Calls] by toggling the enable/disable button.
If unable to make VoLTE calls
If you can't make VoLTE calls due to the following factors or issues, please try the recommended solution below.
If you are using Jio SIM, please uninstall Jio4GVoice/ JioCall application, if it is installed on your phone.
Change the Preferred Network Type to 4G because VoLTE only works with 4G networks. Go to your OPPO smartphone's [Settings] > Then tap on [Mobile Networks] / [SIM card & mobile data] > Choose a SIM card > Go to [Preferred network type] > Choose [4G/3G/2G (Auto)].
When you try to turn on VoLTE, you might see a message that says "Cannot Activate LTE Calls. To enable LTE Calls on this account, contact your carrier." This may happen with some account types, including business lines, and on some carriers. To fix this, please contact your carrier service provider for help.
If calls drop frequently or call quality is poor when using VoLTE, try turning off VoLTE.
If call quality improves with VoLTE turned off, get help from your carrier.
