How To Use Phone Manager App By OPPO

Applicable to: ColorOS 7 and above devices. Check your ColorOS by going to [Settings] > [About Phone]/[About Device].
How to Diagnose OPPO Phone
For ColorOS 11 and above:
Open [Phone Manager] > Tap on [
].
Select the option [Diagnostics] > Tap on [Run Diagnostics].
Once the diagnostics are started it will check the fingerprint sensor, display pixels, Front and rear camera, Speaker, Microphone, Audio Jack, Sensors, Buttons, and all the necessary things.
For ColorOS 7:
Open [Phone Manager] > Tap on [Quick Check].
Tap on [Start Check] > Check the selected options and Tap on [Check]
What to do if Any Issue is Found After Diagnostics
If any issue is found in any hardware or software then it will be displayed and if it can be fixed then you can tap on [Fix now] and the device will automatically troubleshoot to fix the issue.
Note: The device itself can't fix some issues but you can visit the service center to get it fixed. Click here to locate the nearby service centre.
