How to Set Up Security Questions for OPPO Private Safe
Private Safe is a feature on OPPO devices designed to protect important files, images, and other documents. If you've forgotten the password you created for Private Safe, a security question you set up can assist you in recovering it. Guide to Set Up Security Questions for Private Safe
Step 1: Set a Password
Go to [Settings].
Tap [Security & Privacy].
Tap [Privacy Password].
Then, select the password type and then set a password.
In some OPPO devices, go to [Settings] > [Fingerprint, Face & Password] / [Password & security] > [Privacy Password] or [Set Privacy Password].
Step 2: Enter Privacy Password
After setting the privacy password, go back to [Settings] > [Password & Security] / [Security & Privacy], tap [Privacy Password] and enter your password, and you will enter the Privacy Password interface. From then, follow the next step.
Step 3: Set Security Question
Tap [Question] / [Security Question] and enter the privacy password.
Tap the question displayed to select a security question. You can also customize the question.
Enter the security question's answer.
Once completeed, tap [Done] or the [Check] icon in the upper-right corner.
Note: We understand how important the data you have saved on the Private Safe/ File Safe is, and not being able to access it can be frustrating, however for privacy concerns, OPPO does not store personal/ private data, like passwords.
