How to Receive Calls in Do Not Disturb Mode
The Do Not Disturb (DND) mode blocks incoming notifications while you focus on your work. However, you can make some exceptions to receive notifications while still in DND mode, like receiving incoming calls, so you don't miss important events. Keep reading to learn how to customize the DND settings to allow these exceptions!
Note: Applicable only for OPPO phone models running on ColorOS 13 and ColorOS 14. Check your phone's ColorOS version in [Settings] > [About Phone] / [About Device].
Receive calls in Do Not Disturb mode
1. Set exceptions to make call ringing in DND mode
Go to [Settings] > [Sounds & Vibration] > [Do Not Disturb]. Under Exceptions, select [All contacts] in Contact and enable [Phone] and [Phone Calls] for app exception.
In some OPPO phones: Go to [Settings] > [Sounds & Vibration] > [Do Not Disturb]. Under Exceptions, tap [People] and select [Contacts]. Then, under Exceptions, tap [Apps] and enable [Phone] and [Phone calls] for app exception.
2. Enable Ring for repeated calls
Go back to the main settings of Do Not Disturb and then toggle [Ring for repeated calls] to turn on. When this option is enabled, it won't be silenced if the same number calls within 3 minutes.
