How to Import Contacts from Storage on OPPO Phone?

Situation: You want to import contacts from phone storage.

Applicable to: All OPPO Smartphones.

To import contacts from storage, go to [Settings] > [System Apps] > [Contacts] > [Import/Export Contacts] > [Import from Storage]. Select [Phone] to save the imported contacts to your phone. Select the .vcf file and tap [OK]. If there are repeated contacts, the phone will automatically prompt you if you want to merge them.

In some devices, you may need to go to [Settings] > [Contacts] > [Import/Export Contacts] > [Import from Storage].

For ColorOS 7.0 and above devices, open the [Phone] app > [Contacts] > Tap  in the upper right corner > [Settings] > [Import/Export Contacts] >  [Import from Storage].

Note: VCF files, also known as vCards, are the standard file format that is used to store contact information in a digital file format. A VCF file includes the contact name, address, email address, phone number and other contact information for the person creating the file.
