Before everything starts, make sure that when your OPPO Watch is paired to your smartphone it will synchronize through a Bluetooth connection.
When Contacts synchronization is unsuccessful
Make sure that your OPPO Watch and smartphone are visible and paired via [Bluetooth].
Make sure that the [Wear OS app] is allowed to access the [Contact Book].
Get your smartphone and check [Setting].
Tap [Apps and Notifications].
Make sure that [App Permission] is enabled.
