1. Background:

The spraying process used by the F11 Pro front slider bracket supplier causes the paint surface hardness to be insufficient, which is easy to cause the paint surface to be scratched. Therefore, when the costumer come to SC for the front slider bracket is scratched, we need to replace the front camera assembly for costumer.
 

2. Reason:

There is a problem with the spraying process, and the spraying process of different manufacturers has been replaced.
 

3. Applicable models and range:

F11 Pro：All F11 Pro listing areas.
 

4. Solution

4.1 Free replacement due to scratching of the slider in warranty
4.2 When the user comes to the service center because the mobile phone slider is scratched (except for the determination of man-made), the use time does not exceed the warranty period. and free replacement of the front camera assembly for costumer ; please refer to the normal repair program if out of warranty period is exceeded,
4.3 Front camera bracket scratch:Fault code recorded as SCA11, Cause code recorded asYQT5. record the Front camera bracket as In Warranty Repair and quality record at the same time.
