Does your car support wireless Android Auto?
Before we begin, please ensure that you have checked whether your car is equipped with Android Auto and that the model support wireless projection when using the Android Auto feature. After reading this article, you would know that Android Auto Wireless allows you to make that connection without the cable.
Applicable to: ColorOS 3.0 and above devices. Check your ColorOS version in [Settings] > [About Phone].

What cars support Wireless Projection?
Android Auto wireless is only available with select models of JVC, Kenwood, and Pioneer aftermarket stereos, at this time. (See compatible aftermarket stereos in the compatibility section of android.com/auto.) It's not available in any default car head unit. Additionally, you must have a compatible phone.
