Do OPPO Phones Support Messaging in Landscape Mode?

Situation: You want to know if OPPO phones support messaging in landscape mode.

Applicable to: ColosOS 3.0 devices. Check your ColorOS version in [Settings] > [About Phone].

Landscape mode in the built-in Messages app is only supported for some older OPPO devices running ColorOS 3.0 devices.

To use messaging in landscape on supported phone models, follow the steps below:

1. Swipe up or down to open Control Center.

2. Disable [Portrait Lock] or enable [Auto Rotate]. (This option may vary according to device.)

3. Open the [Messages] app.

4. At the top right corner, tap the plus icon to create new message.

5. Physically rotate your phone from portrait to landscape.
