Customize Timer for Clock App on OPPO Phone
Did you know that you can add multiple timer activities on your OPPO phone's Clock app? You read that right. If you want to set up a fixed timer for your daily routine, go to the Clock application on your OPPO phone and follow the simple guide we created below. Read on!
Note: Available only for ColorOS 5.2 and above devices. Check your phone's ColorOS version in [Settings] > [About Phone]/ [About Device].
Customize timer on OPPO phone
You can now set a timer or countdown for activities you usually do. You don't need to set it each time you’ll do something manually. You can simply save it on the timer and tap start when ready.
Customize the timer
On your home screen, open the [Clock] app, and then tap [Timer]. There are 3 available *activities by default.
To customize an activity: Choose the activity you want to change, then tap the [2-dots]/ [3-dots] icon at the upper right corner, and tap [Edit]. Or simply press and hold the activity, tap [Edit], then change the name, time and the ringtone. Tap [Save]/ [Confirm] or the [Check mark] to save. Tap [Start] to begin the activity, and choose to either [Pause] or [Cancel] the timer.
Note: *Default activities, delete activities and add activities, are not available for ColorOS 3.2 and below.
Delete an activity
To delete an activity, tap [Edit], choose the activity you want to delete and tap [Done].
For ColorOS 7.2 to ColorOS 13 and above: Tap [2-dots]/ [3-dots] icon > [Edit] and tap [Delete] and tap [Delete 1 item] again to confirm. Or press and hold an activity > [Delete] > [Delete 1 item] to confirm.
Add an activity
To add an activity to the timer, tap the [+]/ [Add] icon, type the timer name and the time, then tap [Save] / [Confirm].
Tip: You can add up to 12 activities on the timer and change the timer name to emojis.
