ColorOS 5.2 Features on OPPO Phone
ColorOS 5.2 brings a ton of new features such as the all-new fresh interface, Google Lens to get things done easily and faster, new features in smart assistant, a smart bar that enables to switch between apps, transfer files, reply messages, or take screenshots when playing a game or watching a video. Follow this article to learn more about the ColorOS 5. features.

ColorOS 5.2 Features
Smart Sidebar
It's multitasking at its best, where you’ll have quick access to your favorite Apps and Tools. This enables you to switch between apps, transfer files, reply to messages, or take screenshots when playing a game or watching a video.
There are 3 available slots and tools to choose from, Screenshot, Screen Recording, and Block Banners. 18 Apps are available to be added to the Smart Sidebar. You can add them all or just select the one you like to show. See Smart Sidebar.
New Features of Smart Assistant
Smart assistant maximizes the use of your camera. Just one snap and you’ll get tons of information just by merely clicking the camera button or Optical character recognition (OCR). It's now a lot easier and smarter to Scan documents, Scan & translate images and texts, Scan name card to be saved on your contacts, and translate photos to make travel and life more convenient.
Google Lens
Google Lens will analyze what you see and will give you results in real-time. It will tell you what the image is or give you links to understand it better. You can tap in Camera APP and click Google Lens to get the results of the object you are focusing on.
Or, enter Google Photos to select one image that you want Google Lens to analyze and give you results by tapping Google Lens. See Google Lens.
Auto Sync Photos in OPPO Cloud
Sync those precious pictures and selfies on OPPO Cloud automatically. No need to manually save it and no need to worry about it if something happens to your phone (Note: Photos will only be synced on OPPO Cloud which means if you delete photos from your phone, the photos that have been synced to OPPO Cloud will also be deleted). You can still periodically back up data such as SMS, system settings, and more to OPPO Cloud. For those data backed up on OPPO Cloud, you can also Restore data on your Cloud backup or Delete it if no longer needed.
Game Space
Game space holds all your favorite games in one place making it easy to find games that you would want to play. They will be gathered in one application which serves as a hub so it wouldn't be scattered around your home screen. You would enjoy Game Space Sidebar and Graphics Acceleration on all these games added. Click to add games that you’ve downloaded and then toggle to green the game that you want to transfer to Game Space. See Game Space.
Customizing Timer for the Clock App
You can now set a timer or countdown for activities that you usually do. You don't need to manually set it each time you’ll do something. You can simply save it on the timer and click Start when you are ready.
There are 3 available activities by default. To change it, choose the activity you want to change and then click Edit at the top-right portion. You can add up to 12 activities on the timer and you can change the timer’s name to emoji’s as well. See Customizing Timer for the Clock App.
