Call Getting Disconnected Automatically on My OPPO Phone
Sometimes, you may encounter an issue where your OPPO phone disconnects automatically during a call. This can occur for various reasons, such as issues with your SIM card, poor network signal, the Accessibility setting to end the call by touching the Power button, or limited call duration. To resolve this problem, refer to the troubleshooting steps below.
Note: Check your phone's ColorOS version in [Settings] > [About Phone] / [About Device].
Call disconnects automatically
Below are some fixes you can do if your call automatically disconnects:
Check with other SIM card
Check whether this is happening with other SIM cards. If yes, please contact your service provider. If not, follow the steps below.
Check if you touched the end call button
Make sure you have not touched the End Call button
by accident.
Check if the "Power Button ends Call" option is on.
If the "Power Button Ends Call" option is turned on, turn it off by following the paths below.
For ColorOS 12 to ColorOS 13 and above: Go to [Settings] > [System settings] / [Additional settings] > [Accessibility] > toggle [Press Power button to end calls] to turn off.
For ColorOS 3.0 to 11.3: Go to [Settings] > [Additional settings] > [Accessibility]> toggle [Power Button End Calls] / [Press Power button to end calls] to turn off.
Check with your carrier
Consult the carrier if the call duration is limited. Some carriers automatically end the call after the maximum call duration.
Insert your SIM card into another phone
Try to insert the SIM card you're having problems with into another phone to check if the issue persists. If yes, we recommend you seek assistance from your carrier.
Clear the cache and data of the phone app
For ColorOS 12 to ColorOS 13 and above: Go to [Settings] > [Apps] > [App management] > [Phone] > [Storage usage] > [Clear data] > [Clear cache].
