For ColorOS 14.1 to ColorOS 15
Go to [Settings] > tap on [Accessibility&Convenience] > [Schedule power on/off] > enable both [AUTO POWER-ON] and [AUTO POWER-OFF] > select your preferred time.
For ColorOS 12 to ColorOS 14.0
Go to [Settings] > tap on [System settings]/[Additional settings] > [Schedule power on/off] > enable both [AUTO POWER-ON] and [AUTO POWER-OFF] > select your preferred time.
For ColorOS 3.2 to 11.3
Go to [Settings] > [Additional Settings] > [Automatic on/off] / [Device ON/OFF Preset] > enable [AUTO POWER-ON] / [AUTO POWER-OFF] > and select a preferred time.
