🔧 Troubleshooting Steps
Follow these steps to resolve alarm issues:
1. Verify Alarm Volume
Go to[ Settings] > [Sound & Vibration] Ensure the Alarm volume slider is turned up
2. Check Do Not Disturb (DND) Mode
Go to [Settings] > [Sound & Vibration] > Do Not Disturb. Ensure alarms are allowed to override DND
3. Confirm Alarm Tone
Choose a valid alarm tone in the Clock app
Avoid using silent or corrupted audio files
4. App Permissions
Go to [Settings] > [Apps] > [App Management] > [Clock] > [Permissions]. Ensure Notifications are allowed for the Clock app
5. Check Time Zone & System Clock
Go to [Settings] > [Additional Settings] > [Date & Time]. Enable Automatic Date & Time for accuracy
6. Delete & Recreate Alarms
Remove any existing alarms. Create a new alarm and test its functionality
7. Restart the Device
A simple restart refreshes system processes and may fix minor conflicts
8. Update the Software
Go to [Settings] > [About Device] > [Software Update]. Install any available system patches or bug fixes
9. Safe Mode Test
Restart the device in Safe Mode. Test if the alarm works—this helps identify if a third-party app is causing interference
10. Factory Reset (Last Resort)
Backup important data
Perform a factory reset if the issue persists after all other steps
