What to Do if Your Phone Alarm Does Not Work?
Just got a new phone and you want to transfer, copy, or move data (Personal Data, System Data, Applications, Storage Data)? Transferring data from your old phone to the new OPPO phone is so easy and convenient by using Clone Phone. You can use the OPPO Clone Phone to transfer data from your old iPhone, or Android phone to your new OPPO phone. You can even transfer data using a QR code. Check the following step-by-step guide on how to do this.
Applicable to: All OPPO Smartphones.
Perform the following troubleshooting steps and continue to the next step if the issue persists.
1. In the clock application, make sure to toggle on the switch next to the set alarm.
2. Make sure to have the phone charged. OPPO phones support the alarm function with adequate power when the phone is turned off.
3. Turn up the alarm volume in [Settings] > [Sound & Vibration]. (This step may not be available for all models.)
4. Clear the cache and data on the clock application in [Settings] > [App Management] > [Show System Process] > [Clock] > [Storage Usage] > [Clear Data] > [Clear Cache]. Setup alarm again and test out if issue is resolved.
* In some devices, you may need to go to [Settings] > [Additional Settings] > [App management] > [All] > [Clock] > [Storage Usage].
5. Wipe the storage cache on the phone in [Phone Manager] > [Clean Up Storage] > [Clear All].
6. Go to [Settings] > [Software Updates] to check for and update your phone's software to the latest version.
7. Restart the phone.
8. If the issue is still not resolved, perform factory reset system settings. See How to Reset your Device to Factory Settings?
9. Make sure there is no physical or liquid damage to the device. If there is any, take your phone, proof of purchase, and warranty card to a nearby OPPO Customer Service Center for further assistance.
If the issue still persists, contact OPPO Support Team, or take your phone, proof of purchase, and warranty card to a nearby OPPO Customer Service Center.
