Why Touch Screen Feature is Unresponsive for OPPO Reno 5G

Troubleshoot unresponsive touchscreen
If you experience the fingerprint feature to be unresponsive, kindly do the following:
Wipe your screen
The dirt on your phone's screen may interfere with your device's screen touch sensitivity. Use a dry and clean cloth to wipe your screen.
Restart your device
Press and hold the Power and Volume Up buttons for at least 8 seconds until the phone is turned on. See How to Force Restart an OPPO Phone.
Check for software updates
Make sure your device's software is up to date to ensure. Go to [Settings] > [Software update].
Remove the screen protector or case
Some screen protectors and cases may cause touch sensitivity. Try removing them to see if it resolves the issue.
Perform a Routine test
If the issue remains, perform a routine test. On your home screen tap on [Phone Manager] > [Routine Test] > [Run Test].
Note: The routine test has many options such as camera test, sensor, battery, etc. If it's for the screen, please select the "Screen" option.
