Get rid of the orange bar on the right side of your OPPO Watch's screen
There is a built-in tutorial on your OPPO Watch that you need to finish when you set up your watch for the first time. These are indicated as four different colors.
Orange (Right side) - Tile shortcuts (such as Weather, News, Workout, etc).
Blue (Left side) - Google Assistant.
Green (Bottom part) - Accessing your OPPO Watch notifications.
Red (Top part) - Control Center.
