How to Fix OPPO Lock Screen Notification Bar Issue
If you are unable to access the notification bar from the lock screen on your phone's interface, the issue may be cause by applying incorrect settings. Follow the guide provided below to resolve this issue on your OPPO device.
Note: This article is applicable for ColorOS 3.0 device and above. Check your phone's ColorOS version in [Settings] > [About Phone] / [About Device].
Troubleshoot OPPO Lock Screen Notification Issue
Try the steps below to access the notification center even when your screen is locked.
For ColorOS 15 to ColorOS 16:
Go to [Settings] > [Notification and Quick Settings] and on By Location section, tap on [Lock screen List], and toggle [Show lock screen notifications] to turn on.
For ColorOS 6.0 to ColorOS 14:
Go to [Settings] > [Notification & status bar] > [Lock screen] and turn on [Swipe Down on Lock Screen to view Notification Drawer] / [Pull Down on Lock Screen to access Notification Drawer] / [Swipe Down on Lock Screen for Notification Drawer].
For ColorOS 5.0 to 5.2 and below:
Go to [Settings] > [Notification and status bar] and turn on [Allow Notification Bar in Lock Screen].
