Why Does the Camera Hangs or Flickers in Expert Mode when Adjusting the Shutter Speed and ISO Value?

 

Situation: The camera hangs and flickers in Expert mode when adjusting the shutter speed (on the right) and ISO value (on the left) in Exposure.

Applicable to: Reno 10x Zoom.

The flickering effect is a real-time effect under Expert mode and would not affect the actual effects or appearance of the photos.

Additional information:

Shutter speed is the amount of time the image sensor is exposed to light, whereas ISO is the measure of the camera's sensitivity to light. In Reno 10x Zoom, both these factors are combined under Exposure in EXPERT mode.
