Applicable to: ColorOS 3.0 and above devices. Some services may require ColorOS 5.0 and above, please check directly on your phone. Check your ColorOS version in [Settings] > [About Phone].
Please be assured that your data such as OPPO ID data, cloud storage, themes, etc. will not be lost and still be available on your original OPPO ID. OPPO and HeyTap have a strong commitment to protecting user data security and privacy. Access to personal data and security will strictly not processed without user’s authorization.
