What Will Happen to My App Folders when I Change the Home Screen Mode from Standard Mode to Drawer Mode?

 

Situation: You're curious what will happen to your application folders when you change the Home Screen Mode from Standard Mode to Drawer Mode.

Applicable to: ColorOS 6.0 and above devices. Check your ColorOS version in [Settings] > [About Phone].

The folders your created and arranged in the Standard mode will disappear in the Drawer Mode. You will need to recreate the folder and rearrange the apps into folders again after changing to Drawer mode. However, the app folders will remain in Standard mode and appear back if you change your home screen back to the Standard mode.
