What is Wind Down on OPPO Phone?

 

Situation: You want your phone display to be black-and-white.

Applicable to: ColorOS 6.0 and above device or devices with Digital Wellbeing & Parental Controls option in Settings. Check your ColorOS version in [Settings] > [About Phone].

Wind Down reminds you to switch off at night by setting a bedtime schedule for your phone.

Grayscale changes the screen to black and white while Do Not Disturb silences notifications to help you get a good night's sleep. Both the Grayscale and Do not disturb options will automatically turn on when you toggle on Wind Down. You can disable one of the options if not used. 

To enable Wind Down, go to [Settings] > [Digital Wellbeing & Parental Controls] > [Wind Down] and enable it. You can also set time and day for Wind Down.
