The Popout frame effect is a popular visual effect that makes you or the subject of an image appear to break out of a photo frame, creating a 3D illusion. How to Create the Popout Frame Effect
Go to the [Photos] app, then look for the photo and long-press it.
Select two or more motion photos.
Tap [Collage].
Tap [Motion Collage].
Tap the photo.
Tap [Popout].
Note: The Popout feature works with 2 to 9 images and allows for free adjustments in image sizes.
