How to Enable TalkBack Mode
For ColorOS 12 and above:
Go to [Settings] > [Additional Settings]/[System Settings] > [Accessibility] > Swipe to [Vision] > [TalkBack] > Enable the Talkback option.
For ColorOS 3 to ColorOS 11:
Go to [Settings] > [Additional Setting] > [Accessibility] > [TalkBack].

Use Double Tap to open any app or option.
Use 2 fingers to swipe.
Tap once to hear the option.
