What is TalkBack in OPPO Phones

All OPPO devices come with accessibility features that help differently abled people use the mobile with ease. TalkBack is an accessibility service that helps blind and the vision-impaired user interacts with their devices. It adds spoken, audible, and vibration feedback to your devices. When TalkBack is on, it provides spoken feedback so that you can use your device without looking at the screen. Follow the article below to learn more about TalkBack.


Applicable to: ColorOS 3.0 and above. Check your ColorOS version in [Settings] > [About phone]/[About Device].

 

How to Enable TalkBack Mode

For ColorOS 12 and above:

Go to [Settings] > [Additional Settings]/[System Settings] > [Accessibility] > Swipe to [Vision] > [TalkBack] > Enable the Talkback option.


For ColorOS 3 to ColorOS 11:

Go to [Settings] > [Additional Setting] > [Accessibility] [TalkBack].

   

How to Use Device in TalkBack

  • Use Double Tap to open any app or option.

  • Use 2 fingers to swipe.

  • Tap once to hear the option.
