What is Color Correction in Accessibility on OPPO Phone?

Situation: You want to know about the Color Correction feature on your phone.

Applicable to: ColorOS 7.0 and above devices. Check your ColorOS version in [Settings] > [About Phone].

Color correction setting enables your phone to compensate for color blindness. This feature offers you to compensate for color blindness with one of the following modes:

  • Deuteranomaly (red-green)

  • Protanomaly (red-green)

  • Tritanomaly (blue-yellow)

Before choosing one of these modes, you would need to get an ophthalmologist to test your vision to determine the type of color vision deficiency you have.

To enable the feature, go to  [Settings] > [Additional Settings] > [Accessibility] > [Color Correction]. Toggle on [Use color correction] and select the right [Correction mode].
