Unable to Access OPPO Cloud / HeyTap Cloud
You are unable to log in to your HeyTap Cloud / OPPO Cloud despite numerous attempts but, still, you failed to log in to your OPPO phone. You can check your Internet connectivity or check if the account name and password are both correct. You can also clear the data and cache, update to the latest software, or restart your device. Read on to have the easy step-by-step guide to do each troubleshooting.
Applicable to: ColorOS 3.0 and above devices. Some services may require ColorOS 5.0 and above, please check directly on your phone. Check your ColorOS version in [Settings] > [About Phone].
*HeyTap Cloud/OPPO Cloud are terms that can be used interchangeably.
Check your Internet connectivity
Make sure that your phone is connected to the network and it is able to access the Internet. Try using an Internet browser to connect to any website and see if it loads. If it doesn't, change another network or contact your Internet provider for help.
Enter the correct account name and password
Make sure that you have entered the correct account name and password. If you forgot the password, tap in the upper-right corner of the screen, then tap Forgot Password, and enter your email account, then you will receive an email sent by the OPPO Support Team that lets you reset the password. Reset your password and try to sign in HeyTap Cloud/OPPO Cloud again.
Clear data and cache
Go to [Settings] > [App Management] > [All] and find HeyTap Cloud/OPPO Cloud. Tap HeyTap Cloud/OPPO Cloud, then clear its data and cache.
Restart and update the software version
Restart the phone, and make sure you have the latest software version.
