1. If the user has installed a third-party one-tap lock screen application：

Sorry to bring you a bad experience.In order to protect your information security,we restrict the biometric function of third-party lock screen applications,after installing a third-party one-tap lock screen,can only use the lock screen password to unlock.We recommend that you can quickly lock the screen in the following ways:

1.1 In the「Settings>Home Screen & Lock Screen」 interface turn on the "double-tap to lock", and then double-tap the blank area on the home screen;

1.2 Or you can use the  "Screen Lock" application that comes with OPPO phone. 

2. If the user has not installed the three-party one-key lock screen, and the fingerprint and face have been added in 「Settings>Password & biometerics」, but there is still this problem, please guide users to OPPO Customer Service Center to deal with them.
