The Full Screen Multitasking on OPPO Phone
While using an app in landscape mode, you can open another one while the first one still runs in the background. This convenient feature is known as Full-Screen Multitasking on OPPO devices. Learn more about Full-Screen Multitasking below. Read on!
Note: Full Screen Multitasking is available only for ColorOS 5.0 to 5.1. Check your phone's ColorOS version in [Settings] > [About Phone].

How to Enable Full Screen multitasking
For ColorOS 5.0 to ColorOS 5.1: Go to [Settings] > [Smart & Convenient] > [Full Screen Multitasking] > toggle [Full Screen Multitasking] to enable.
How to use Full Screen Multitasking
1. Swipe inwards from the edge of the notched area to bring up apps or functions, tap an app icon, then you can operate the app above the other one, in a floating window.
2. Choose an app you want that will float or show while you are using another app.
3. Once you have chosen the app, you can now multitask, in full screen, without closing the first app that you have opened.
Apps and functions on Full Screen Multitasking
Quick Apps
The compatible apps or one that supports Full Screen Multitasking will show on the Settings. Go to [Settings] > [Smart & Convenient] > [Quick Apps] then enable the apps that you want. You can enable up to 3 apps.
Quick Functions
Quick functions are features from your phone that could help you during multitasking. Go to [Settings] > [Smart & Convenient] > [Quick Functions] then enable the apps that you want. You can enable up to 3 functions.
Note: The Quick App needs to support the floating window feature. If some of its functions aren't working properly, use the app in full-screen mode.
