1. The auto brightness has a memory function.If the brightness is manually adjusted in the auto brightness mode before,the system will only make fine adjustments based on the manual adjustment,resulting in high or low brightness;
2. Check if the light sensor is blocked or not facing the light source.

1. This situation may be due to the manual adjustment of the brightness bar in the case of auto brightness. Please turn off the auto brightness and turn it on again to restore the normal brightness.（Auto brightness switch: pull down the brightness status bar, click "A" on the right side of the brightness bar or 「Settings > Display & brightness > Auto brightness」）
2. The light sensor is under the screen on the upper right part of the front of the mobile phone. Be careful not to cover it during use.If the screen is dark,you can try to deflect the light sensor toward the light source.
