Solution about A3s with Touch Screen Malfunction

1. Background
1.1 Recently there is feedback of A3s with touch screen malfunction from overseas; after analyzing, there are following conditions for these A3s:The touch screen can’t work at all on arrival;
1.2 It still cannot recover after restart;
1.3 It still cannot recover after flashing it to the latest version (0726 and version afterwards) .
2. Cause
These are A3s with BOE lsi screen malfunction: Some BOE lsi screens shipped at the end of July were not calibrated, and after flashing them to the latest version, the firmware will not be updated.
3. Solution
3.1 Flash the phone to the provisional version: CPH1803EX_11_A.10_180910
3.2Then flash the phone to the latest official version (0726 and version afterwards)
