Are all Reno Series support 5G network?
Only Reno 5G has the 5G network feature for now.
How do I enable 5G on my Reno 5G?
To enable 5G, go to [Settings] > [Cellular Network] > [SIM] > [Preferred Network Type] > choose [5G/4G/3G/2G (Auto)].
Why Reno 5G only has one SIM slot?
Currently, OPPO 5G is designed to support single SIM card only. This has been designed to the current demand of 5G in the market as well as the readiness of Mobile Operators (MO).
Why does the 5G icon not showing on my Home Screen like that of 4G?
The 5G network needs the support from your Mobile Operator, kindly confirm from your Mobile Operator (MO) if the 5G network and the signal are covered at your location.
Why the network speed is the same as that of 4G?

Why the network type will become 2G/3G/4G during a call?
Currently, the 5G network does not support voice call, when you are in a call, it will automatically return to 4G VoLTE or 2G/3G.
Why am I unable to connect to the internet using the 5G network?
This might be caused by your network provider. Please try to turn off and on the Airplane mode or restart your phone and check again.
Is the radiation from 5G cancerous?
The overall exposure is expected to remain low and well within the guidelines from the International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRP).
