Purchased themes and fonts in Theme Store were lost, how to get them back?
Situation
Some users may find that the themes and fonts in Theme Store were lost, users once purchased them before.
Actually the themes and fonts were lost due to some operations (Reset mobile phone, clear the data of Theme Store or login HeyTap account on a new device).
*HeyTap account/OPPO account are terms that can be used interchangeably.
With the following steps, you can get your purchased themes and fonts back.
Step1: Enter Theme Store and tap [Me], login your correct Heytap/OPPO account, your purchased themes and fonts are with the corresponding account, they won`t be transfered to another account. Then you can check the purchased record this path [ Me >>KoKo Coins ].
Step2: If you can check the record in path [ Me >>KoKo Coins ], then you can download your purchased themes and fonts again in path [ Me >> Downloads >> Download History ].
