Definition

A value-added service for OPPO users. Via“Check-in”service and different tasks in My OPPO, users can earn points, finally redeem different rewards by consuming points.

How to earn points？

1. Check-in service.

2. Special event.

Note：From 1th June 2022, all related services of Points are only available in My OPPO.

Attributes of points

1. Validity period: One yea.

2. Regions: For now,“Points” is only available in India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Singapore, Cambodia, Thailand, and Malaysia.

Noted：For one HeyTap account, only can earn points in one region.

Points Mail

1. There are different rewards in different regions, you can redeem rewards via Points Mail in My OPPO. 

2. Redeem rules:  On the detailed page of the reward, you can check rules such as limited quantity, specified redeem time and usage notice.
