OTA version(20170117) the dual IMEI display Null ကို upgrade လုပ္ပီးေနာက္ F1f model အသိေပးမႈ

Background

လက္ရွိတြင္ HQ သည္ OTA လုပ္ပီးေနာက္တြင္တခ်ိဳ႕ F1f devices မ်ားအတြက္ dual IMEI numbers မ်ားသည္  null ျပေနပီး statusBar သည္ no service ဟုျပသည္ဟု feedback ရထားသည္။ တခါတရံ setting  -- Dual SIM ႏွင့္ mobile network ကိုသြားလွ်င္  system သည္ “com.android.phone isn’t responding” ဟုေပၚလာသည္။ ေအာက္ေဖာ္ျပပါ screenshot ကဲ့သို႕ျပသည္။ ဤျပႆနာအတြက္ ေအာက္ေဖာ္ျပပါ notification အတိုင္းလုပ္ပါ။

Solution

Files  -- All files  --  apn  --  ဖုိင္ နာမည္ apn folder ရွိမရွိကုိစစ္ေဆးပါ။  ‘oppo_non_gsm_update_list.xml’, ရွိလွ်င္ ၎ဖုိင္အား delete လုပ္ပီးdevice ကို reboot လုပ္ပါ။ ျပႆနာကို ျပန္ေျဖရွင္းႏုိင္ပါသည္။
