Invoices can only be downloaded after the order has been shipped.
Q1:Where can I get invoice?
Physical Invoice:
A physical copy of the invoice is typically included inside your package along with the product.
Digital Invoice (Download):
If you need a digital copy or have misplaced the physical one, you can download it directly from our store after the product has been delivered. Please follow these steps:
On PC: Click your profile icon > Orders > Select "View Order" > Click "Download Invoice".
On App: Go to Account > My Orders > Choose "View Order" > Tap "Download Invoice".
Q2:Can I modify the invoice information after placing an order?
If you need to update your invoice details, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance.
Here is a breakdown of what can be modified:
Billing Address: This information can be updated upon request.
State Name: Please note that the state name cannot be changed once the order is placed due to tax regulations.
Invoice Type & Re-invoicing: If you need to change the invoice type or request a re-issue, you must do so within 30 days of the issue date or before the 5th of the following month (whichever comes first). This is only possible if the original status shows as "Invoiced Successfully."

Q3:How to add my GST number to the invoice?
Adding GSTIN to invoices/bills is not available on OPPO Store. We are continuously working to improve. Please stay tuned to our OPPO Store app/website for further updates. Thanks for your understanding.
