1.How do I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled before shipment. If the cancellation option is no longer available in your account, please contact our Customer Support team immediately for assistance.

2.What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you notice any damage or find the wrong item upon delivery, please do not confirm the OTP with delivery agent—simply refuse it with the courier. We will initiate your refund process as soon as the returned item is received and verified at our warehouse.
3.How long does the refund take?
Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment instrument. Please note that the return inspection process at our warehouse may take a bit longer during peak periods. The final timeline for the funds to appear in your account is determined by your Bank.

4.What should I do if I haven’t received my refund after 14 days?
If the refund doesn't show up after 14 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider first. If they are unable to assist, reach out to us, and we will provide you with the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) or transaction screenshots so you can trace the refund with your bank.
Q2:Can I cancel a protection plan (e.g., extended warranty, Screen Protection Plan)?
For Offline Store Purchases:
Please note that cancellation or refunds are not supported for protection plans purchased at offline stores. We highly recommend reviewing the service terms or consulting with in-store staff before completing your purchase.
For Online Store Purchases:
The protection plan cannot be canceled or refunded separately. It is tied to your device and can only be refunded as part of the entire order (i.e., when you return both the phone and the plan together).
